About
SALT beer factory is located in the UNESCO Village of Saltaire. Our home is a Grade II listed Tramshed built in 1904 which now houses the brewery, taproom and live events space.
The PUB – where it all began SALT Bar & Kitchen sits at the front of the tramshed building and offers a range of SALT beers, real ales, artisan gin, premium wine, à la carte dining and live music.
The Bar & Kitchen (previously The Hop) was rebranded in January 2019 and completes SALT Beer Factory. Between the Bar & Kitchen and Taproom we have something that caters for everyone!
The Tap Room and Live Music Venue sit in the heart of the brewery, where visitors can enjoy SALT beers with the backdrop and theatre of the brewhouse around them. With a capacity of 350+ people, the Tap Room delivers the ultimate beer and music experience. We hold regular events including gigs, beer festivals, launches, parties, comedy nights and more.

VENUE HIRE SALT Beer Factory provides an amazing backdrop for a manner of private events. The entire taproom area can host up to 350 people, while the Loft, Box and Mezzanine areas can be hired out for private parties at the weekend. Whether you’re looking for a space for your next party, corporate function or even a quirky wedding reception venue, the various unique areas of the taproom offer a variety of options for your next big event.
